TV Pastry Chef Competition Series Learn classic pastry chef skills, baking terms and plating while making delicious classic American Bakery and French Patisserie recipes. Students will also be coached on camera and delivery skills as well as food presentation techniques. A great prep course for all serious young pastry chefs!
