Cakes & Bakes | January 25 – May 9

Ages 8+
Thursdays 4:00-5:30In this class, our young bakers will learn the art of creating delectable cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and more. From mixing and measuring to baking and decorating, they will learn every step of the cake making process. For the last class, they will be able to unleash their creativity by designing and decorating their own 3 tiered cake!
***We have 1 spot open in our current semester, Thursdays 4-5:30 through December 7th. Call for the prorated amount***

Celebrate all the spring flavors in this camp where we will be making strawberry basil ice cream, fresh berry trifle, lemon lavender shortbread, chocolate cherry scones, and focaccia gardens.

Tuesday – Picnic Perfect

For our perfect picnic menu we will be making strawberry lemonade, tomato & basil quiche, southwest chicken salad with homemade crackers, peach streusel muffins, and ants in the sand cups!

In this camp we will be making fresh herbed pasta, cannoli crunch ice cream, Mediterranean orzo salad, stuffed shells with roasted red pepper sauce, and spaghetti & meatball cupcakes!

In this camp we will be making dishes from all of our favorite Spring Break Destination including Miami key lime ice cream, Cancun beachside tostadas, NYC cheesy white pizza, Disneyland Micky Mouse pancakes, Après Ski s’mores dip, and South Padre mocktail pina coladas!
